I spent three weeks in Mexico hosting wellbeing retreats for black women. All of us were strangers who travelled to Mexico solo, but by the end of the trip we managed to build bonds, relax, reconnect with ourselves and more. To more black women travelling in 2020 🥂
This morning like every morning my block was bustling with families leaving for the school run. I couldn't help but notice that there were 9 children and 4 dads. Gone are the days where you only see a bunch of stay at home, working mums. #MentalHealthWeek take care of family.
