There was a hold of 5000 in my account i have cleared all my dues my simpl account is deactivated i was told i will receive the refund of 5000 in 24 to 48 hrs it been 2 months i have not received the amount back i tried raising complaint but there is no response from @getsimpl

Now i am not getting any way to contact customer support on simpl application. This is not at all acceptable when we are late by 1 day to pay the bill you charge 350 rs straight away now that you have not refunded my 5000 rs it's going to be a two months now #simplepay #ScamAlert
