@SouthwestAir flight 2969 to Denver. Child 7-9 years old row 25, I presume with special needs, was audibly upset on landing. Mom had someone on speaker phone trying to help calm child. Male flight attendant threatened to confiscate phone if she didn’t use headphones. Do better!

I got home and measured. Dimensions of case are 16L x 15W x 11H … I’ve been on 5 other southwest flights (all different ages of planes) with this thing and never had a problem.

@SouthwestAir boarding flt 2811 to DEN and told the case for my mom’s urn is a bit too big and must be checked. Guy says the $25k fine isn’t worth it to him to make an exception. So here I sit holding my mom. Disappointed in the airline I’ve flown for years #nomorelovesouthwest

@SouthwestAir Done. Please also know they wouldn’t allow the case to be checked like a stroller. Had to go all the way through the baggage claim process in which it was almost lost. Please let me know when you come up with a resolution.
