there are a few people i still remember from the early days of my Concrete journey on my old account ( @22kian_ it's suspended now )

@hana51024 | @rage_degen and @mongralinweb3

back then i wasn't fully locked in with contributing to @ConcreteXYZ. i was making some posts, staying engaged, but i wasn't really doing much beyond that.

then i kept seeing what these guys were doing.

they never told me what to post or what to build. they just showed me what real contribution could look like.

different ideas, different ways of explaining Concrete, different things being built around the ecosystem.

and honestly, that pushed me to do more.

a lot of what i've done since then started with seeing people like them putting real effort into the community.

there are many others i could mention too, but these three are some of the main people i remember from those early days.

so just wanted to say thank you 🗿

you probably don't even realize how much your work pushed me to come this far.

both sit in the onchain capital allocator category, but what they actually do with the capital is very different

D2 Finance is built around tokenized derivatives strategies. its vaults focus on things like volatility arbitrage, relative value, dynamic hedging and other structured strategies, with the strategy itself handling the trading and risk controls

@ConcreteXYZ takes a different route. instead of being built around derivatives, its vault system can deploy capital across DeFi strategies like Aave and Morpho, with different strategies depending on the vault

that's the part that stands out

D2 is focused on bringing more complex trading strategies onchain through managed vaults...

while @ConcreteXYZ can take capital across a much wider range of DeFi strategies and protocols

i just built an entire digital meme gallery

a place where I keep all the memes I've made for and around @Concretexyz

the whole thing started on March 2026.

I had been seeing people in the Concrete community making all kinds of things.

drawings, artwork, handmade stuff, different creative ideas...

but honestly, drawing and crafting isn't really my thing, memes are

then I came across one of @crypttoji 's articles about memes in crypto.

I read through it, and the way he explained memes made me look at them differently.

memes aren't just something you make because it's funny and post on X.

they can become part of a project's identity.

they can create inside jokes, bring people together, and slowly become part of the culture around a community.

and that got me thinking...

how can I use something I'm actually good at to contribute to Concrete in my own way?

so I started making memes.

but I didn't want to just put the Concrete logo on a random picture and call it a meme.

I wanted there to be an actual idea behind them.

that's also why my memes don't really stand alone.

the meme catches your attention.

then the post that comes with it explains the idea behind the meme.

if I'm making a meme about chasing higher APY, for example, I'm not just making fun of people chasing APY.

I'll connect it to the actual DeFi idea behind it.

why higher APY can come with higher risk.

why the highest number isn't always the thing you should be chasing.

the meme supports the idea.

and the idea gives the meme a reason to exist.

that's basically how I've been making them.

some are about things happening in Concrete.

some explain DeFi concepts.

some are just things I found funny.

there are image memes and video memes, and I made them myself.

the idea, the joke, the reference, the editing, everything.

eventually I had all these Concrete memes scattered across my timeline.

and then I thought...

why not put them all in one place?

that's how the gallery started.

I wanted it to feel like more than a page full of memes.

when you enter, there are a few short videos that introduce the gallery and explain why I built it.

then you get to the collection.

I grouped everything into four categories and built a little map around them.

in the middle is the Kian Archive, with the four categories connected around it.

and the idea is pretty simple:

these memes all came from my time with Concrete.

they exist because I was here, making them, learning, posting, and being part of the community.

so the whole thing is basically a small visual record of me + Concrete.

I don't really see it as just a meme gallery.

it's a little piece of my history with Concrete.

something I can look back at later and remember what I was making, what I was thinking about, and what the community felt like at that time.

maybe one day we'll look back at it and see how far everything has come.
