@PMOIndia @AmitShah @pushkardhami @chamolipolice tourist and devotees stuck in jam in joshimath since last 6 to 7 hrs. Administration is nowhere. Worst ever management in such a pilgrimage area. Just think about tourist forced to be in vehicles for 10 to 12 hrs. Plz help

What is the real problem of this train 18426. Is there is no timetable of this train. Halting anywhere and running armt a speed of 20...30. Why authorities r damaging the image of railways and Indian govt. Think due to such delays all schedules r disturbed of traveller's. Shame

It is better to to shut down complain app and portal as it is only a eyewash. And irctc is monopolisting it by misusing the same damaging image of raways ministry. I appeal for stringent action on it

@IRCTCofficial The cctv attached in C13 coach of 20836 should be taken as proof investigating the case. The entire pantry was busy only to save the staff rather listening my issues. I was mentally tortured by entire pantry stff

@IRCTCofficial Irctc is having worst management in whole of world. They took premiums and service is zero...even if complains r not responded properly. Govt and railway ministry must take it seriously or passengers will entire loose trust on both railways and government
