@kelvmackenzie It's the way ASLEF & the RMT operate. Any excuse to avoid work of get paid more. They have successfully exploited privatisation to pick off rail operators to advantage their members. Maybe they'd make a better fist of running the country.

@kelvmackenzie Having lived in an area with a large muslim population, it is clear how they steadily change a town. Fewer traditional shops, closed churches & pubs, but more mosques, halal food shops & cars. If a town can change out of all recognition, so can a country given enough time.
