और भारत - Diwali की धरती,
यहाँ deadlines, emails, notices सब Diwali के समय।

और हमारे पास GST returns due on 20th October, सीधे Diwali के दिन। 😀

Jio AirFiber की घटिया सेवा – उपभोक्ताओं के साथ खुला धोखा

मैं जयपुर ज़िले के एक ग्रामीण क्षेत्र का उपभोक्ता हूँ।
एक वर्ष पहले गाँव में इंटरनेट की समस्या के कारण मजबूरी में Jio AirFiber का कनेक्शन लिया।

हर महीने ₹706 का भुगतान नियमित रूप से कर रहा हूँ।

शुरुआत के कुछ महीने ठीक रहे, लेकिन पिछले कई महीनों से हालात बदतर हो चुके हैं।

अब तो दिन में 5-7 घंटे तक ‘No Internet’ दिखाता है।

मैंने कई बार शिकायत की, हर बार बस यह कहा गया कि “टीम काम कर रही है”

अब समय आ गया है कि Jio जैसी कंपनियों की पोल खुले, हम ग्रामीण उपभोक्ता कोई भिखारी नहीं हैं - हम भी अपने अधिकारों के लिए खड़े होंगे।

ज्यादा से ज्यादा रिट्वीट करें और अपना विरोध दर्ज कराये। ✊

🚨 BIGGEST SCAM BY @Flipkart EVERYONE MUST READ 🚨

I ordered an ASUS laptop on 22nd Sept during the Big Billion Days with card discount & EMI. It was supposed to be delivered by 26th Sept, but what followed was the worst customer service experience of my life.
•📦 Delivery delayed again & again 26th ➝ 27th ➝ 28th ➝ and so on…
•🛑 I raised multiple complaints. The only response: “Please wait.”
•🤥 I asked if I should cancel & buy elsewhere. They said “NO, 100% it will be delivered.”
•⏳ I kept waiting till 5th Oct and suddenly, after the sale ended, they CANCELLED MY ORDER without my consent.

💸 This was an EMI order now refund will take 2-3 weeks. I’ve already paid GST, taxes & processing fees, and my money is stuck for over 1.5 months.
💳 They even deducted my gift card balance and haven’t refunded it fully.
📈 The laptop price is now ₹10,000+ higher.
📚 I needed it urgently for my exam, and Flipkart ruined my plans.

This is not a “delay.” This is a calculated scam taking orders during sale, holding money, and then cancelling after the sale ends so customers are forced to pay more.

⛔️ This is unethical, unacceptable, and possibly illegal.

Original ITR due date was 31 July, extended to 15 Sep.

Tax audit due date remains 30 Sep with no extension.

70% of CAs are sole props who complete ITRs then start audits, needing 2 months; IT Dept should be aware.

Instead of wasting judicial time, they could have notified the extension earlier.
