@EtihadHelp I have been trying to contact you from a very long time now …. All of the effort has gone in drain …. I have DM’ed the baggage details, do the needful at the earliest, I’m in need of my baggage and it has caused a lot of inconvenience.

It was the worst experience travelling with @etihad airways, they lost one of my check-in bags and they are still not able to retrieve it. I would highly recommend not to travel with Etihad airways. Travelled on 10th Aug still haven’t received the bags yet, very disorganised.
