まとめありがとうございます。この件は事件概要が複雑なので助かります🙏一審で懲役1年が出たものの、二審では性暴力の部分に関しては認められず罰金刑、最高裁は上告を棄却してるのでそのまま確定。裁判の結果としての「性犯罪者」ではないのです。その上でどう思うのかは各個人に委ねられると思う

Of course they played another banned song, this time in LA D2! Out of their entire discography they keep choosing these songs right in the middle of this controvers they’re not willing to address. Was it really a coincidence when it’s happened twice? First 134340, now Love Maze. Which one will be next?

그리고 그냥 성폭행 가해자 아니고 불법촬영으로 피해자는 극단적 선택까지 하셨고 피해자가 한두 명이 아님 근데 법원은 범행날짜 전 날에 성관계 촬영에 동의했으니 다음 날도 동의의 의사 있다고 증거불충분으로 무죄 때렸고; 이 곡들은 안 하는 게 맞긴 함

結局のところ、彼らが一番｢曲の制作に関わった人の中に罪人がいるとすれば、その曲はタブーとなるのか｣という問題において、一番不安を感じているのはこの件であるように思うのだ

正直、女性からすれば金融犯罪よりも性犯罪の方が拒否感は強いのではないか？(ということを男性の彼らは理解できる？)
