Goku was lonely for a good part, and had to survive on his own, but he's freakishly strong so the vast majority of dangerous things wouldn't be a big deal for him. Which is probably why he's so easygoing from the getgo.

Luffy after he gets his fruit has a similar setup, and he's less lonely. Out of the 3, Luffy definitely had it the best. And other than the ocean, nothing could really hurt him (except Garp I guess)

So yeah I guess Naruto had it the worst out of those 3. It almost annoys me because I think kid Naruto is such an awful character, but yeah.
