If becoming "Pirate King" means getting to Laugh Tale and finding the One Piece, then it'd more than likely be Kizaru followed by Enel.

They can bypass the seas and they travel so freakishly fast (especially Kizaru) over long distances that you can't compare them to the others.

As soon as you need a boat, you're out of the race. All Kizaru and Enel would need is land to rest occasionally, and at the speed they go, it'd be pretty easy to find multiple islands before they even need to rest, and resting is the only thing they'd need to do. Most islands in One Piece aren't -that- far apart, so when you travel at the speed of light or close... Yeah.

After that I mostly agree with that list. Although since Mihawk and Buggy aren't tied I'm guessing they're ranked individually and I'd put Law above Buggy. (I do love Buggy though so I might be rooting for him from the sidelines with pompoms)

But yeah, I think Kizaru and Enel would find it within a few days/a week or so.
