I want to flag a situation for transparency.
In July 2025, I paid €4,340 to @kumardevc / Blue Hat Founders Ltd for a Davos 2026 Cohort Package. I withdrew in September 2025, within the contractual deadline. Kumar confirmed in writing that the refund would be processed.
Six months, a formal Letter Before Action, and an expired legal deadline later: no payment, no response.
I am now proceeding through the English County Court.
If anyone has had a similar experience with @kumardevc or Blue Hat Founders, feel free to reach out.
