The world map you've known all your life is wrong! Nearly every country at the UN voted to adopt a new map that shows a more accurate size of Africa after ~500 years of "symbolic minimization."

Only the US voted against it.

I explained why this is important on CNN

We really live in different South Africas.

So many people can easily spend R 4 000.00 for 80 minutes of a Rugby match.

Then there’s someone who does not even earn that much money per month

…some even hold a degree but still don’t earn R 4000 per month.

The first picture is of recently arrested human trafficker & drug dealer Timmy Marimuthu with his daughter Shantal Rhedi. The second picture is of Shantal Rhedi with her Audi Q7 SUV, & this is the same Audi Q7 that was used to traffic the girls that Timmy Marimuthu is arrested for. Timmy Marimuthu's daughter Shantel Rhedi is still a Lt Colonel employed by SAPS Crime Intelligence KZN

I’m shocked and angry by what I’m experiencing with Capitec.

A family member recently passed away. Four years ago, I took out a funeral policy to help cover basic fuel costs and family contributions when the time came.

Today, I’ve been told that my aunt was “over-insured” and that only the first three people who insured her will receive payouts. My claim will not be paid.

What I don’t understand is this: if the policy wasn’t valid because she was already over-insured, why was my application accepted and my premiums collected for the past four years? Why wasn’t the policy declined from the start?

I’m still sitting at the bank trying to get answers.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? What are my options from here?

@sthedoingtingss I hear you and believe that, yet what can we do especially as unemployed adults? Because chowing each other in the comments does change that.

A heartless government that arrests its citizens for reporting a crime; instead of arresting illegal foreigners and deporting them. You can’t be a government that is happy to have unknown aliens flocking the country and do nothing!

Babita Deokarans , Mpho Mafole, there life deserved a country that cherished their courage, not one that allowed them to be silenced. Their memory should haunt us not with despair, but with the moral responsibility to make sure that this never happens again. Radio Stations like @Powerfm987 should be ashamed of themselves giving a voice to a person who represents the people and corrupt who want the return of Suspended EMPD DEPUTY MR Julius Mkhwanazi,

ICT CIO Moloko Monyepao has been suspended for 9 months. He has not attended a single hearing, for 9 months in the day of the hearing he gets “sick”for 2bn revenue losses in Ekurhuleni who is an ally of Mashazi and behind Modibe’s new lifestyle. The municipality has recouped some money but billions remain outstanding.

The most painful thing is that South Africa doesn't have an #unemployment crisis.

What we see are employers trying to avoid paying the minimum wage by hiring cross-border slaves.
