DHS confirms Kaitlyn Tracey entered the US on a visa back in April 2024 that expired that September. She never left. She’s been living here illegally for almost two years

So she overstayed her legal welcome, then physically assaulted a minor because she didn’t like what the girl’s clothes said politically. She’s set to appear in court August 4th, still in ICE custody

You don’t get to break our immigration laws and then put your hands on our kids because their politics don’t match yours
