While shopping, an item shows ₹5 marketplace charges, and at checkout, a ₹14 “convenience fee” appears for Cash on Delivery. How exactly are these charges adding convenience to me?

What service or benefit am I receiving for these extra ₹19? Also, what is the actual value of Prime membership now? I see no noticeable difference between Prime and non-Prime customers. My brother’s non-Prime account and my Prime account both get deliveries on the same timeline.

@airtelindia I’ve had no internet on my Airtel Fiber since 5th May 2026 despite full payment. Tried reaching customer care multiple times—had to even change my number to connect. Was promised resolution within 24 hrs, but no SMS, no call, no engineer assigned.

@IndiaPostOffice Received today, i.e., 25 March 2026.
The item reached Lucknow on 18/02/2026 and was expected a month ago but delivered very late.
Also, the envelope is marked “Speed Post,” yet even someone walking from Bangalore to Lucknow could have reached earlier.

@IndiaPostOffice I placed an Aadhaar PVC card order which was to be delivered by India Post. The consignment number is UC518703683IN. It was booked on 14/02/2026, and as of today, 01/03/2026, it has still not been delivered.
Kindly look into this matter and provide an update.
