@jemmm85517813 You are paying to connect data centers and any new large consumers of electricity.
It’s in the network charges you climate change deniers like to claim are Net Zero costs.
Those charges also include upgrading our aging grid, again you like to claim that’s a Net Zero cost.
@TiceRichard Hilarious an MP for a party whose leader stood up in the HOC and accused the police of discriminating against white and favoring brown is whining when a retailer does the opposite.
Restore should be the party for white eggs.
@DouglasUnwin@TiceRichard@NetZero Sainsburys aren’t banning white eggs.
It’s mildly ironic that Dick is whining about a retailer promoting white over brown.
@TiceRichard Why lie?
Sainsburys are going to supply white eggs as part of their own brand products.
3rd party branded eggs aren’t impacted at all.
I thought you guys preferred white anyway.
Restore will be very happy with this change.
@7Kiwi I notice you are still trying to give the impression that extracting more fossil fuels will reduce our electricity prices.
Why, when we both know it won’t.
@7Kiwi Costly gas is the problem Dave, you are sponsored to divert attention from this.
As for subsidies, the effective subsidy the fossil fuel sector gets via tax breaks required to persuade them to develop very costly deep water fields & the gas premium is more than 12 billion a year
@densusa@BritainUnbound@LordAshcroft A weak currency does have some short term advantages. It makes exports more competitive. That is until the inflation it causes wipes out the competitive benefit.
It happened in 2016, short term export benefit followed by an adjustment.
@BritainUnbound@LizWebsterSBF@Frencheconomics But you want us to believe a faked up graph showing that the UK did fine from Brexit while totally ignoring what we can see in the real world with our own eyes.
You are having a laugh!
@BritainUnbound@LizWebsterSBF@Frencheconomics The joke is
when Boozo announced his 40 hospitals Brexiteers whooped.
At last the Brexit NHS dividend was being delivered.
What a joke, 1 cancer unit built, not a hospital just a unit.
5 active hospital projects, 19 on hold, the rest canceled.
Because there was no cash!
@BritainUnbound@LizWebsterSBF@Frencheconomics This is a barefaced lie.
1 building is done, work started on 5
19 additional hospitals may be built but currently no work has been done on them. 1 of the 19 is my local hospital
15 are dead
Dont lie & accuse me of not knowing what I am talking about, it’s another lie
@johndallan1@john4brexit You can’t compare us with Norway.
Tax breaks for Equinor are simply the govt taking money out of one pocket and putting it into another.
@BritainUnbound@LizWebsterSBF@Frencheconomics As for why am I bringing up new hospitals.
It was a promise made by a Brexiteer PM leading a Brexiteer govt after the same PM promised that Brexit would transform the NHS for the better in 2016.
Brexit did transform the NHS but for the worse.
Have you forgotten your lies?
