Tesla Customer Service review:
I purchased my cyber truck last year in September and it’s my first time having to get it serviced for the cameras. I was in the waiting room for about an hour when they tell me the car is going to take a little longer than they expected and they want to give me a loaner. Thankfully, the loaner was another cyber truck so that left me with the great first Impression. The Tesla rep tells me that my driving profile will automatically update in the loaner. I was expecting that to just affect my seats and maybe my side mirrors. I had no idea my entire Driver profile media included will be updated in this loaner car. This has been by far the best Customer Service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership.
