bits of reflection from my side!

I don't post on social media as I used to, for good reasons however! 😆 Really happy with how far we've come in our gameplay and I believe we will show it on the biggest stage to come!

From what was a call with Alban about my investment - gaming cafe franchise, to a random passionate return into the competitive scene

to re joining the club I got to LEC and matured on, the story of G2 and Perkz means more to me than just trophies, it's culture that pushes constant growth, entertains and reflects on its actions and attitude - amazing continuation of the club I grew in under the leadership of @AlbanDechelotte

When I joined the team in April, I really had in mind I would be just kinda lowkey and chill a bit and do my thing on the side, but it instantly required my knowledge and experience to step up and take intiative, weeks after I was asked to be a HC starting summer - I wasn't sure I wanted to jump into such a spotlight so soon, but since the team needed a change I accepted the position

Firstly I was focusing only on gameplay, individual laning of everyone, mid game macro, comms, every factor that is needed for a team to be the best, after becoming HC I had to take on a lot more responsibility which is not only gameplay related, wasn't easy but also came quite natural to my character

Being on the team with such amazing and skilled players and reuniting with @G2Caps with whom I've grown with, who were all buying in into the idea of change and growth, pushing through scrim days with fire to learn and improve, while at the same time learning to not take yourself too serious and enjoy the job you're doing, has been wonderful experience

Outside only sees the results - the "Oh G2 just wins again, wow rest of EU is dogshit" but on the inside its battle every day and warrior mindset to overcome our own egos and challenges, and prepare for each opponent with grace and respect, to understand that on every given day you are able to lose to an opponent that might not be stronger than you *cough cough FPX2019* (call me salty idc) 🥲

The dominant playoffs run is nothing but a reflection of hard work put in and mindset needed for a team to succeed - big thanks to every single player for being amazing to work with, and Romain and Isma for giving me trust and handing over the "keys" of the team, and Rodrigo and memento for helping with my shortcomings and imperfections -

hopefully we can show some amazing performances - our team is fucking insane and I can't wait to see them perform at worlds!

Everything I'm hearing about potential @KarmineCorp mids is just making me think that it's the end of G2 next year. I actually don't see how (well actually I guess I can) you could ever fuck up so badly that the KC roster doesn't win or aren't favorites over even G2 next year
