@IndiGo6E booked flights for my parents for a flight from Mumbai to goa. They were told that since they did not have the card used to book the tickets, new tickets will need to be booked. They had to rebook new tickets. How do I go about requesting a refund on one set?

@Leon_Schreib wife and daughter stuck at immigration. They are saying all of my travel consent documents need to be certified. The website does not say certified. I am in the UK and they are travelling back to the UK.

@EE @WeAreOpenreach put an order in for an upgraded fibre line at the end of november 2024. I'm still waiting for an engineer to come and install. This has got to be the worst service experience that I have ever encountered
