@CrossCountryUK No, I stood leaning on the toilet door going along with 11 other people in that area and by the exit door on way back, couldn’t move through the carriages to find one as people were all stood up in aisles

@CrossCountryUK your Derby to Birmingham and also return journey yesterday were missing carriages which meant reserved seats were non existent. Not a good service at all especially being cramped on like sardines.
