~Put 9000 in an MMF
~Put 5000 in a SACCO BOSA

End of year 1:
MMF = 120,960 net average 12%
SACCO = 67,200 net average 12%
Total = 188,160

Move Sh 100,000 from MMF to T-bonds.

End of year 2:
MMF = 144,435
SACCO = 142,464
T-bond = 100,000 excluding 16,000 interests (transfer to MMF)
*New MMF balance: 160,435

Total portfolio value: 402,899

If you had merely saved 14,000 monthly for 2 years = 336,000

+66,899 from just setting up, automating contributions, and living your life.

The first time I met my wife, she was skinny.

We got involved with ourselves and in 2 months, her mother called me.

"What did you do to my daughter? She has refused to add weight but just 2 months, she's looking great."

I told her that I helped brush up her confidence and created an environment for genuine happiness.

She was too stunned to speak.

Many people might think that I am putting up a "persona" on the internet but I am Klaus, offline.

Hell, you might even prefer the online version to the real-world version because I believe I am firmer offline.

Why is that important?

It is because I want to kill that crippling notion that "Ah, I pity that innocent woman. She must be suffering."

I don't cheat in my marriage.

I don't think the men who do are less or I am better.

I just know that I can get my wife to become the "EVERYTHING" I want in a woman.

It requires assertion, patience, empathy, and grace.

Telling wives to look at their husbands drew a lot of pushback from wives because "Why should I cater to a grown man?"

Would you even listen to yourself? The man you choose is who you don't want to cater to.

Still, you would be the victim if he decides to have women who'd make up for where you are failing.

I make no apologies for what I've said. It's just my avenue to shake men up.

Gentlemen, your woman doesn't want you to know your worth. She wants to be able to look unattractive because "I birthed your children." It's bullshit to me.

But if you are willing to allow it, then don't complain.

When oil touches the tip of a finger, it spreads to the whole hand.

It starts with allowing her to add weight because as men, "You don't want to be inconsiderate" then it moves towards her being disrespectful because of "hormones."

It doesn't stop there, it gravitates to her locking the door and forcing you to sleep outside because you got home late and she won't allow you to enter your house.

But many of you know what you are seeing but can't help defending the vagina.

It's what men ALLOW that women will do and I, Klausenburg, refuse to tolerate mediocrity.

Learn or learn the hard way.
