Remote work isn't the problme. Hiring losers is the problem.
You have to get these people out of your business. They are poison.
According to the same study:

> Attempts to monitor actually make it worse, as cheaters game the system with mouse jiggling and other tactics
You need to have outcome based metrics that tie work to actual qualitative KPIs that are impossible to game.
If that's not possible, you need to call them into the office and watch them.
