@virginmedia sort your customer services out!You’ve not got my bills right for nearly 10 months and I’ve had to calls EVERY month to have an argument because your staff are adament it’s right when it’s not! Now I’m calling to ask what I owe for this month and they can’t tell me!!

@HMRCcustomers Yes I received a letter which asked me to get in touch to discuss but I haven’t been able to. I want the over payment explaining because I have always notified you of any changes. If it is correct I’d like to set up a payment plan as I no longer claim tax credits
@virginmedia There’s no outages that’s why there’s no reports.I’ve done the diagnostics,it doesn’t work. Keeps saying it can’t do it at the moment. I’ve sorted it myself and factory reset the box, I’m paying for service but can’t get help?! I’ve had a few days without tv yet paying the same?!
@virginmedia services not working yet again! Rang for help and couldn’t get through yet again! What a joke! Nothings changed on our tv or internet or been moved but suddenly it doesn’t work! What a rip off your service is! I’ll be leaving as soon as I can!
@virginmedia Shocking! I’ve never known such poor customer service, every time it takes so long to get through and then you get the phone put down on you or transferred to a new person sometimes for no reason! I dread ringing!
@virginmedia on the phone for over an hour now and still not resolved my issue! Had the phone put down on me twice for no reason, spoke to 3 people as I kept getting transferred over and over again and now having to ring back again because the person I was talking to disappeared!
