@Rustnvrsleeps11 @AustinCoopqoiaw@Josh_Ayen@BDSaintsFB I’m disappointed that your facts ignored Cathedral in 6A. No worries.
I’m okay with splitting up into two tournaments as long as the private school trophy reads “Football State Champions #A” and the public school trophy reads “Public School Football State Champions #A”.
@Rustnvrsleeps11 @Josh_Ayen@BDSaintsFB Well, we can all share God!
I get your 6A point…last private 5A winner was 2021, last private 4A winner before 2025 was 2020…maybe more of an issue in 1A-3A? But success factor bumps ‘em. Luers bumped up to 4A (!) in 2026. I think Andrean also bumped to 3A?
@Rustnvrsleeps11 @Josh_Ayen@BDSaintsFB So your argument, essentially, is that Private Schools are much better at football than Public Schools and therefore they should have their own tournament?
Weak.
@Rustnvrsleeps11 @Josh_Ayen@BDSaintsFB Since 2000, IHSAA has crowned 137 state champions in football. 61 of these were private schools (44.5%).
Indiana does not have a private school problem, your teams have a not being good enough problem.
I am not sure what advantage you think private schools have over public?

@SidelineSwami1@BDSaintsFB Lucas is undoubtedly one of the most impressive kickers to come through Northeast Indiana. He is 3/3 from 50+ this year and went 11/11 on FG in his Junior campaign.
He already sits atop many Bishop Dwenger records.
