@mandi_tembo@263Connect The space has bad bad bad customer service. We also had an issue with our bill once where the amount on the menu was not the one on the invoice. They didnt apologize for THEIR mistake and rudely insisted we pay for the higher price.
Everyone around me was so angry but I just left feeling sooo hurt.
Words are so powerful.
I am sharing this in e hopes it will serve as a warning to future customers and as an attempt to make The Sp_ce staff and management more accountable and conscious about their actions.
As we left, we passed by her and I tried to tell her how hurt and dissapointed I was but she wasn't having it. Some of the verbal abuse flung our way include:
"Get the fcuk off my property. I don't need you."
"You people only spend like $2... You were a waste of seats"
We asked to speak to management to clarify the issue because it honestly didn't make sense not was it fair...
The owner, Priscilla, came over and without engaging us in conversations said, VERBATIM...
"Just pay your bill and fcuk off!"
Guys... We were SHOOK like come again...
