Federal Judge Kathleen Williams has referred key Trump lawyers — including Acting AG Todd Blanche — to state bar authorities for disciplinary action in the IRS settlement scandal.

In a scathing ruling, she found the $10B lawsuit was filed for an “improper purpose”: a collusive, bad-faith scheme lacking real adversity between parties. It was designed to rubber-stamp audit immunity for Trump and allies plus a $1.8B taxpayer-funded “anti-weaponization” fund.

🚨Hastings, Nebraska Trump supporter Joseph Whitlock, 43, has been charged with first-degree s*xual assault of a minor after investigators say he abused a child for years, starting when the victim was in 6th grade. The victim is now 16.

Per the arrest affidavit, the victim described specific s*x acts and s*x toys used during the assaults. When police searched Whitlock’s home, they allegedly found items matching the victim’s description, making a strong case against the Whitlock.

He’s being held in Adams County Jail on $150,000 bond, with a probable cause hearing set for July 10. If convicted, he faces up to 50 years in prison.

Meanwhile, on Facebook, Whitlock spent years playing tough-guy “patriot”: mocking Biden voters over gas prices, sharing “I will not sit down, I will not shut up, I will not comply” posts during height of the COVID pandemic, pushing anti-vax content, cheering Montana’s vaccine mandate ban, and sharing a meme bragging he’s on “the side that has the most guns and knows which bathroom to use.”

He also shared a sign claiming the “ass beating generation” raised better citizens than the “time out generation” — quite the take from a guy now accused of assaulting a child for years.

I don’t think the magical 20-minute conversations about Mitch McConnell—you know, “He’s perfectly fine”—are real. I think we’re going to find out all that was a lie because they want to run out the clock on the special election question in Kentucky.

If I’m Andy Beshear, brother, just declare the election. And if they want to prove that Mitch McConnell is alive and well, go do it. But that is not something I think they can prove.

When Joe Biden’s health scares started to mount up, we had 24-hour-a-day coverage. It never stopped. They were beating the White House down every single day about it.

When the July 7 debate happened in 2024, that was a clock that went off because the media drove the story. They pushed and pushed and pushed. They turned over every rock.
