@SEPTA_SOCIAL It was about 715 am. It was a black woman urinating on the el steps and laying in the elevator w urine puddle deep in the floor.

@SEPTA_SOCIAL I got on the el this morning heading southbound at Girard and there was a woman peeing outside the elevator doors and then when the door opened she was laying inside. There was piss and trash all over!!!! You should be paying me to take the el!!
