@British_Airways i have been given no response to my reimubrsement which was promised to me. i keopt all the reciepts and submitted them. and submitted the claim. i need an approproate response. this is pathetic service. i am entitled to the reimbursement i was promised. please check

@British_Airways my baggage was delayed and i was sent a mail saying that i would be compensated for the essential items that i had purchased during this delay. it was delayed for 2.5 days. the case number given by the represntative for the delay was: BOSBA35047. 1/n

@British_Airways i submitted a claim with all reciepts and bank details and explained everything that happened yesterday. the case number for the same was 14968382. i got an email today giving an apologu but no response so i checked the status of the claim and it says closed.
