Every time I need to submit further document for the policy if you want but could not connect to the customer care or get the pleasant information towards my policy its in 20 days nowl can't get policy

2 days ago I received a grocery item. One of item AASHRIVAAD AATA 10kg bag is damaged then I request for a return and refund from Flipkart but couldn't get yet
Now today another order is delivered and guess what an item was totally missing in that

In 2nd image there is a fully item missing at the time of delivery and the behaviour of delivery boy is very rude
I notice that on prepaid order there is no responsibility by and staff from the company at all
