Sheriffs departments and local law enforcement agencies would refuse to enforce said laws, states would band together- it'd get ugly fast

@petbugs13 Please, show me a case where a military issue rifle has been used in a mass shooting. M4, 416, FAL, AK74- anything but a pistol or an AR-15 because that's a civilian rifle. Please, tell me exactly how the assault rifle ban has directly affected the spike in mass shootings.

@Butlrr @petbugs13 Again, learn the difference between an assault rifle and a civilian rifle. Assault rifles cost >$15k, require extremely thorough checking by the ATF, take months to get ahold of and require a tax stamp that has to be renewed every few years. Rich collectors aren't mass shooters.
