The Media Propaganda will make you believe Manchester City are challenging the Fair Market Value requirement of sponsorship deals, ie: They want to sign deals for whatever value they desire.

Amid all the sensationalism surrounding the number of PL rules Manchester City are being accused of breaching, it is amazing that no one bothered to actually report an accurate count from the PL statement.

The correct number is 130
