This live case demonstrates precision pulmonary vein isolation using a circular pulsed field ablation system, led by Devi Nair.
The circular catheter features a fifth electrode with a 20-degree anterior tilt, serving as a key contact marker. This electrode is tagged within the mapping system and then the catheter is rotated circumferentially to ensure adequate lesion overlap.
Ostial lesions are delivered first, followed by antral applications, with consistent alignment of the fifth electrode confirming stable contact.
This workflow highlights how catheter design and integrated mapping support durable, reproducible PVI with optimised contact assurance.
