Dear @BMTC_BENGALURU, a bus crossed a red signal at high speed today while vehicles from our side had already started moving on a green light. Had our auto driver reacted a second later, this would have been a major accident.
Traffic rules apply to buses too.

@AirIndiaX This was informed prior to the departure only. Departure is at 17:30 from Phuket, and we have mailed and twitted before that. And if you can’t book hotel please book an alternative flight to Bangalore which is before 8:00 AM tmrw.

@AirIndiaX We had a connecting flight from Phuket to Bangalore (via Hyderabad). Our 9 PM flight to Bangalore was rescheduled to 8 AM next day. No response to mails/calls. Request hotel stay for 12 hrs & alternate flight as refund isn’t being provided. Urgent assistance needed.
