Denied boarding by AJET Airlines on a return flight (Istanbul to London) after missing our outbound flight. Told boarding was possible if seats were free, but no option given—only a £1,000 demand for the last seat. Promised a refund but still haven’t received it.

@British_Airways this is utter pathetic from your end. A flight booked in Aug for travel in Dec was cancelled just like that by you. No alternatives given, no assistance. No new flights are available and no one answers the call. We were traveling home after 2.5 yrs.

@neuroman92 @British_Airways Pradeep you'll be better off booking with #Emirates or #Etihad @British_Airways is highly unreliable. They show lucrative rates initially and then cancel a few days before the travel date. Choose reliability over cheap travel. #BAScam
