I have spoken with nearly 10 customer service associates. Every time I was given assurances, but no actual solution. Some agents even disconnected the chat without resolving anything. Is this how customers are treated after paying the full amount? @AmazonHelp@amazonIN
Extremely disappointed with @amazonIN. Ordered a smartphone, waited 4–5 business days, and the product is still not delivered. After multiple follow-ups, the only update I see is “a problem has occurred.” No explanation, no accountability.
