@shuttersny There are thousands of guns around us everyday. Most we never know about. IF the guns were the cause of the problem the deaths would be well over 100,000. It’s the evil OR in some cases mental instability that causes the people to snap .

Also just as with suicides if someone wants a certain desired outcome, it will happen. You take the gun from that domestic violence case and something else will fill its place. You think they’ll say, “well shit, can’t kill now. They took my gun?”

The only ones in my house that are much less safe are those that don’t belong there. I know that when I leave for work, my wife can take care of herself should someone threaten her safety.
