14 “BLACK GANGSTER DISCIPLES” INDICTED FOR DRUG & GUN TRAFFICKING IN TACOMA, WA

An ICE @HSISeattle-led wiretap investigation led to the gang members’ arrests, including ring-leader Kevin Salgado, who’s accused of leading the group to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, and counterfeit oxycodone and Xanax pills across the country.

Members allegedly hacked into drug distribution companies to reroute shipments of controlled substances to sell on the streets, paid kickbacks to a pharmacist to fill fake prescriptions, and trafficked firearms with switches (pictured) to make them machine guns to fight rivals.

77 firearms and 100 automatic conversion devices were seized alongside:

—4 kg of meth
—2 kg of Phenazepam
—10.5 kg of counterfeit oxycodone pills
—887.9 g of fentanyl pills
—924 g of fentanyl powder
—557.6 g of cocaine
—268.8 g of Xanax pills
