2Blue | Singer, Mostly

I moved to Mumbai with a dream, quit my job at 40, and sang to 200K+ in India, Thailand, and the UAE by 50. Thank you for believing in rock n’ roll.

The leaf lives its appointed time, and does not struggle against the wind that carries it away. The leaf does no harm, and finally falls to nourish new leaves. So it should be with all men and women.

Awake, shake dreams from your hair
My pretty child, my sweet one
Choose the day and choose the sign of your day
The day's divinity, first thing you see

In the cosmic design department:

“Let’s make another one.”

“Like #SteveVai?”

“Just close enough to confuse people.”

Maybe God doesn’t create doppelgängers because He lacks imagination. Maybe He likes variations.

Happy B’day, Steve.

Your guitar reaches places words can't.

This pic isn’t about riding a bicycle.

It’s about refusing to grow old on the inside.

The real midlife crisis isn’t buying a sports car.

It’s forgetting how to have fun.

Happy World Bicycle Day. 😍

“What do you do, sir?”

“I sing,” I replied.

Her face lit up.

“Can I get a selfie?”

A decade ago, I’d have answered with a job title.

Life taught me better.

We are what we do.
We are verbs, not nouns.

Her director asked for a ‘favor’ he claimed many actresses willingly offered. She said if that’s what he wanted, he could pay a professional for it. And she walked away from his film. You see, some careers are built on compromise. Others on self-respect.

You…

You’ve kept your heart open through disappointment, uncertainty, and pressure. That says a lot about you.

You’re closer than you think.

Don’t give up now.
Believe in your dreams.

STEP INTO THE LIGHT.

And hold on to what truly matters.

28 years after business school, life randomly brought one of my closest friends, Aylona D’Souza, and me together again in Mumbai—this time with her daughter, Aylise.

Our circle may get smaller as we grow older. But some people aren't meant to leave. ❤️❤️

It's about survival.
Did you catch that?

You…

Stop shrinking.
Stop negotiating.
Chase the spark.
Let yourself go.

STEP INTO THE LIGHT.

Say hallelujah.
And, DANCE WITH INFINITY.

The Scorpions India Tour stands CANCELLED.

A member of the band has met with an accident.

All local production teams have been informed.

IT’S NOT HAPPENING.

[2Blue | Singer, Mostly @2Bluehimself]

One bold move.

That’s all there is between you and who you’re meant to be.

Come on now. Step into the light.

Beyond music, I found a guru in Alyque Padamsee. Playing Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar taught me more about life than any degree.

I lowered Him into the fire on Nov 17, 2018. But He never left.

When I returned, as Jesus, I knew He was watching.

Mumbai’s No. 1 rock band: Vayu.

No autotune. Just pure Rock N' Roll.

You don’t know him. Not the way I do.

There are nights that make you shine. And nights that expose you.

For over a decade, Abel Zeliang has stood at that edge—steady, unshaken. He held me together when I could’ve fallen apart.

I bow in gratitude, my brother.
Happy Birthday.

At Hyderabad airport, someone asked,
“Are you Tirthankar?"

Then he said he saw me 20 years ago with Vayu in Mumbai.

Tonight, he’s coming to Hard Rock Cafe GVK One Hyderabad.

This is what it’s all about. ❤️
