@O2 @virginmedia @TheO2 @AXS_UK I even contacted @theo2 beforehand asking about thus and was given the wrong information! Would of been happy to pay more for VIP tickets but it's now too late :-(

Really disappointed. Thought as @o2 & @virginmedia customer, we'd have access to ALL @TheO2 Ateez tickets. However we after waiting yesterday for launch there was NO VIP tickets @AXS_UK so I had to purchase standard tickets, only to later find they WERE available via aeg link.

The tracking has been down over a week and still not working properly. After posting an item nearly 2 weeks ago, I've just been told "we're confident your item will arrive soon."

... I'd love to have this level of confidence!
