@VirginAtlantic help regarding my lost luggage. From JFK-MAN, the lady at checkin didn’t put a tag on I mentioned it to her but didn’t seem to care and then no luggage when arrived back in Manchester. I can not get in touch to talk to anyone watsapp, SMS, ref number MANVS26567
