It doesn't make sense to fly one hour to plk and then drive two to three hours to your village in venda. You definitely need an airport there but it should be led by localized economic activities in that part of the country.

In March 2015 coastal diesel was the astonishing price of R8.95 a litre today it’s R28.35 a litre before any margin by the fuel station is added on

Further, Now remember in SA :
In 2016 about R4/litre was levies
In 2026 about R6.30/litre is levies
