The Waltham Police Department are happy to announce an exciting event happening on June 1st. 'A Special Day in Waltham' will be an incredible day filled with fun, food and music.
WPD are thrilled and grateful to be partnering with the Special Olympics of Massachusetts, Opportunities for Inclusion, Waltham Disabled Services Commission, Waltham Recreation Department and the many volunteers and sponsors that are responsible for allowing this wonderful event to take place.

Firefighters McCarthy,Torres,Vinciulla,Sandoval and Lt. Jackson created two Safe Program Videos (English & Spanish) at Plympton Elementary which can be used as a tool for elementary students about the importance of fire safety.
