@MarshaBlackburn I believe Canada was involved since Canada owns Keystone's many iterations. Other Keystone pipelines are functioning but the one the Republicans keep nattering about was considered unprofitable. (You'd think the GOP would appreciate the idea of corporate profit, wouldn't you?)

@MarshaBlackburn The Keystone XL pipeline is Canadian. It was going to transport the dirtiest grade of oil through the US to Texas ports and then the oil was to be sent overseas. The US would not see any of that oil. Stop lying.
