this is my CISD entry model, simplified

- V-shape reversal
- reversal CISD (to confirm the reversal)
- continuation CISD (to confirm the expansion)

if you're confident in the bias, you can enter at the Reversal CISD

if not, wait for the first Continuation CISD. this will usually be the quickest expansion phase

if you missed those two, price will sometimes offer a second Continuation CISD - this is the final chance to enter
