Snaps and Pop are two of the most influential players in Power history and continue to be. I do think that changes this season but their influence will remain and is still felt through the current timeline. Think about how they've influenced Kanan, introduced the most talked about character and man who was said to have taught Ghost, Tommy and Kanan - Breeze. How this trickles down to Ghost and Tommy and later down to Tariq through Kanan's manipulation. Of-course other influences and factors exist but they are the pillars and foundation. Snaps and Pop are hall of famers and by the way also brilliantly portrayed by @WendellPierce and Erika Woods.

Raq lying directly to Marvin’s face about who actually killed Lou-Lou is easily the most toxic thing she has ever done
Marvin is completely heartbroken, and instead of telling him the truth about his nephew, she protects Kanan and passes the blame to the streets. We all know Marvin is a loose cannon when he is grieving. By hiding Kanan's guilt, she is sending Marvin on a blind revenge suicide mission that is going to get him slaughtered.
Raq hasn't changed at all. She is still playing chess with her brothers' lives just to shield her psychotic son.
