The book I have referenced the most throughout my life has been How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.

If you haven’t read it, it is a must read! 📕

I’m definitely more of a buy and hold investor. That goes for real estate, stocks, etc.

I think flipping can make you good money, but it’s another job.

@Intentional_Liv I tend to see things more black and white as well. I think that’s the engineer in me. I won’t lie it has gotten me in trouble a time or 2
