@EastMidRailway keep replying saying no refund as train was running fine. Despite the above proof that it was cancelled! Shocking customer service. Money down the drain.

Is it just me or has anyone else found it impossible to get a refund from @EastMidRailway for a cancelled train? I have been going back and forth for days with their customer service and they will not issue a refund!!

Almost missed our flight from Luton Airport as our train and the next train were cancelled. Had to pay for a bus to take us there instead which was difficult due to bus strike! EMR worker was so unhelpful to two girls stranded at the station at 3.40am in the morning alone
