@wirexapp ive sorted it through the support ticket, the way round it, is to set wirex app up on a new device, then once you access account, the option to activate card is there, solved the problem, but will happen every time somebody replaces their card, so the glitch needs attention

@wirexapp I have had a replacement card delivered to me, the first card I activated, then lost it, now I have a replacement there is no option to activate card, this has really caused me problems as I have just had money put into card to use today, can anybody from here activate?

@wirexapp as this clearly means when somebody has a replacement card, the relevant programming needs to be updated to allow for this option to have a card activated too, as its the replacement cards that have this issue, and will continue to until bug is fixed, ill accept BTC or GBP 😉
