@Grofers On 18th July 2020, I tried adding products to prepaid order  ORD306022899 placed on 17-July for Rs 1000, transaction failed still charged additional Rs 1000 on my credit card through PayZapp TXN id 202007181844313281eF63uB0 Dated Sat, Jul 18, 20 06:44 no refund, why??

@MyntraSupport Order1081816-0748052-0950701 dtd 25-June-18. First delivery was scheduled on 2-jul rescheduled to 6-jul. Spoke to your support on 9th July at 9.30pm and at 10.20pm the status of the order changed to delivered. The order is still UNDELIVERED, deceitful and shameful
