Did you know when you call 999 the first knock at the door may be a CFR?
CFRs often arrive ahead of the Ambulance and provide initial care & assessment which can include Basic Life Support, Defibrillation, O2 therapy, Nebulisation, Haemorrhage Control amongst other treatment. JH

Another observation shift completed. Thanks to the lovely Michelle & Louisa from @EMASNHSTrust (mereway) they stepped in at the last minute and showing me the ropes. Seems a long time ago I completed my level 2 course bumped into @Lloyd_Raines at Kettering #SNCR @SNCResponders

Thank you Lois Weedon and @RoadeVillage for learning to be lifesavers. This week #SNCR have trained 29 people in basic life support.

All our responders have signed up to @GoodSamApp, used by @EMASNHSTrust The app uses our location from a smartphone so we can respond to quickly to emergencies if we are within 1km, meaning we are on scene in minutes - LA #SNCR #minutesmatter
